Products are only printed on-demand by our fulfillment partner.
This allows the Booster Club to offer a variety of products year-round without having to keep inventory. 

 

PRINTING & EMBROIDERY
Direct-to-garment or DTG printing is used for most of our apparel products. It’s like using a regular printer, but on garments.
Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric. DTG printing yields quality prints, it's cost-effective
for one-off orders, and there's almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.
DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water.
They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

Embroidery is a technique where the design is embroidered (stitched) on a product.
Hats and select apparel are offered with embroidery.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Most items will arrive 6-12 business days from placing the order. 
Shipping costs are calculated by product weight. Please contact us if you have a question regarding the shipping costs
or would information to track your package.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

For size exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse.
